At Wayward Dog Training we support approaches to dog training that are founded in science. Operant conditioning and classical conditioning are tools we lean on as we train, and at all times we ensure we are training in safe, fair, and encouraging ways with you and your dog. You want your dog to want to work for you, not to be forced to do your bidding. However, you also want to ensure your dog will respond to your training guidance regardless of how many distractions are near by. We can help you find that balance where your dog enjoys working with you, and trusts you to make decision in the most important situations.
